A room with a door that shuts.

No crowded gym floor.
No queueing for a rack.
Nobody watching you learn something new.

Private training studio with exposed brick, black rubber flooring, a mustard slat wall, squat rack and kettlebells
Why private matters

Most women tell me this was the deciding bit.

Big gyms ask a lot of you before you've even started. Where to stand. Who's looking. Whether that man is going to give you the rack back.

Here, none of that is your problem. It's my studio. When your session is on, it's you and me and nobody else.

You can get something wrong five times in a row. You can swear. You can cry, honestly, it's happened, it's fine.

The practical bits

What's actually in there.

Rack and barbells

Squat, bench, press, deadlift. All of it available, always.

Dumbbells and kettlebells

A proper range, so we can go lighter or heavier without a fuss.

Somewhere to put your stuff

And a loo. Never underestimate how much this matters.

Free parking outside

You can arrive five minutes before and not be stressed.

The exact address goes out when you book, it's a private studio, so I keep it off the internet. ✨
