It starts with a chat, not a fitness test.
Nobody is going to make you do a burpee to prove you deserve to be here. You don't need to be fit first, and you don't need to have touched a weight before.
A few questions, then a free consultation call.
You start by answering a short set of questions. Takes a couple of minutes, all typing, no fitness test.
Then we get on a call. What you'd like to be able to do. What's happened before that put you off. Anything your body is currently doing that we need to work around.
We talk through what training here would actually look like for you, at what pace, and what it costs. If it isn't the right fit I'll say so.
No "sign today or the offer's gone", because I'd rather have clients who stay for years. ✨

How a normal session runs.
Roughly an hour. Nothing surprising, and that's the point.
Ten minutes of getting you moving
Not punishment cardio. Just enough to warm up whatever we're about to load.
The main lifts
Two or three big movements, squat, deadlift, press, row, done properly, with me next to you every set.
The accessory bits
The less glamorous stuff that keeps shoulders, hips and backs happy.
A note of what you did
So next week we know what to beat, and you can see progress in writing rather than in a mirror.

Then we get you strong.
Weight goes up when you're ready for it, not when the programme says so.
Most women train with me once or twice a week. Most stay for years. Life happens, holidays, illness, work going sideways, and we adjust rather than start again.
You will never be behind. There's nothing to be behind on.
Want to see the studio before you commit to anything?
It starts with a few questions and a free consultation call, and you're allowed to decide it isn't for you.
